Was it gradual? (did you have some fan levels unoperational before it quit) if yes, chances are that the motor resistor block if bad. not expensive around $10 at Napa.
If it was not gradual, the resistor block could be in cause anyway being a frequent problem. Maybe you will be welling to pay $10 and buy a new one before to go further in problem solving
If it doesn't solve the problem, access to the blower motor and make a jump test maybe 50% of chances that the unit is bad
