Check the starter motor. Many times they go on there own with no sign, and having someone crank it while using something to tap it often helps it turn over.

1990 Honda accord exr only clicks when I turn the ignition. Replaced battery, still the same.

Try checking the shift position switch( neutral safety switch). this prevents the car from starting while the transmission is in drive or reverse. Try starting your accord while moving the shift selector around. Also, try looking at your starter. sometimes the wires corrode, and fall off, which would make it click and not start. also, check all of your fuses,
!!GOOD LUCK!!

1990 Honda Accord just quit while driving. How do

You should be able to remove some 10 mm bolts from the timing belt cover and pry the cover out of the way enough to see the timing belt. Have an assistant crank the engine and look for movement of the belt. If you cannot get the cover off, remove the valve cover and look for movement. Don't crank the engine too long with the valve cover off, as you make make an oily mess, especially if the engine fires and starts.

No fuel no spark 1990 honda accord

other than the timing belt being broken, it sounds like the crank sensor in the distributor. get a used distributor. but first pop cap off and see if it is turning with engine.

1990 Accord Lx 2.2 won't start. Cranks, but won't turn over

does the engine sound like it is turning over slow? It may be the starter dragging. If it doesn't turn over fast enough it won't crank.
