depending on what part of the country you live in 100-290 for the radiator. check out ebay, they have smokin deals on radiators and they usually ship free with like three day delivery cause the local radiator chain nearest you will pickup the order. labor for that vehicle properly quoted should be 1.8- 2.4 hrs to replace. whatever the shop rate hourly.

Water pump impeller could be bad or thermostat is stuck shut. I would change thermostat first, easy to change, cost under $10.00 Water pump is hard to change in this van, you have to remove right tire, then inside wheel well, then loosen 3 top motor mount bolts which will lower engine so you can get to water pump and tensioner.
SOURCE: how to change top radiator hose on 1997 dodge conversion van with a 5.2 motor
theirn will be a clamp on the radiator side at the top of the radiator remove this clamp follow the rad hose back to the engine side and you'll see another clamp remove this clamp also twist hose from both the radiator and engine side and pull as twisting this will remove the hose then repeat process for installation make sure engine is cold while changing after reinstallation add proper coolant start engine add more coolant as needed
