Back window doesnt roll down properly when you open the door, so I have to push it down a little before I close it. Also the lock bottom for the windows doesnt work.

on most YR, make & models, roll down the window, R/R inner door handle , pop out pwr window switch / pwr lock switch w/ flat screwdriver. R/R Phillips screws from handle (usually 2 top 2 or 3 side screws). slowly work handle out from door, disconnect wiring clips (lock & window). W/ door open, remove panel by unclipping plastic retainers (hold down clips into the door from the back of the panel.) all around BOTTOM of the door. Next pop panel off the top of the side of the door from the top of the door. Same procedure to reinstall just reverse DON'T FORGET TO PLUG THE WIRING IN BEFORE YOU PUT THE HAANDLE BACK ON! It's supposed to off (sound the alarm) when the panic button is pushed.

Sounds as if you have a bad switch (you say it felt funny) and these get so much use they do fail. Salvage yard may have this, or check with a parts store. Dealer will be expensive.

It is a common problem that may be quickly remedied. Try this....spray your door hinges with a good penetrating oil...then work them back nd forth as to open and close. You are possibly losing ground.Also check to be sure you have a good ground from the body to engine.Hope this helps

not really. it is best done with two people. remove the inside paneling, roll the window down and open the tailgate. then use a phillips screwdriver and push down the side tabs so the tailgate thinks it closed and roll the window up, have the second person hold the glass. You now have access to change the key cylinder.

1. roll drivers window all the way down and hold it till it clicks.now roll it up all the way and hold it till it clicks.
2. do same with passenger window.
now your windows should work properly.

What sometimes happens is something gets caught in the door when closing and bends the window frame out. If your hinges and latches are not worn out and the door opens and closes properly this solution should work for you.
Place a block of wood between the inside bottom of your door and the rocker in a solid place. this will allow you to push gently on the frame around your window (roll the window down). Try a little at a time and open and close the door as you do this.
Be careful, they are not as strong as you think and going too far may create a metal kink.

I suspecft this is a security programming situation. I have something similar going on with my '95. I have to get an owners manual to find the sequences. I stumbled into this by manually locking the front door and turning on the key with the door open.
re: the dash lights. I find if I have the interior light dimmer all the way to the right it locks out some things but moving it back to the middle puts it back in operational mode. aside from the flashing, non playing stero. At least I can drive it and powerlock the doors IF the doors are closed.

get it to the dealer asap.

you definitely need to take apart the door. There's something not right inside.

It sounds like one of the door handles is not returning alowing the pawl to latch, Lubricate, the latch assembly, making sure you work the inner and outer door handles. Also roll the window all the way down, and look down through the slot to see if you can get some spray lube at the back side of the latch, if so lube again while working the handles. Spray the pivot pionts and sliders on the handles.
