If you are talking about the fuel pump shut off reset then you have to replace it. get one from a junk yard and save some cash this part usualy doesnt go bad

Did you check base fuel pressure with a gauge before and after replacing the pump ? Is the pump getting power from the relay ? The fuel filter is under the car and should have been replaced with the pump.
Try this. While somebody cranks the engine over whack the bottom of the fuel tank (about dead center) with a rubber mallet. If the vehicle starts replace the pump. The fuel pump is kept cool by the fuel in the tank. Running the tank dry is hard on the fuel pump.
replace fuse and relay.also check oil pressure switch.it controls fuel pump also. check fuel pump wires and fuel injector fuse .if all is good pcm could be faulty it controls fuel pump on .command circuit
I had the same proplem, remove spare tire and on the crossmember above it,left side, there is a fuel pump drive module. Mine was corroded and got moister in it .replaced it and runs fine. dealer price 110.00 dollors
