Just for reference, but a stuck open thermostat will cause over cooling and cause no heat as well.
Hello, No! I'm assuming that the temp gauge is working in truck & you are not over heating. On the passenger side firewall check both hoses going to/from heater core. If both are not warm then it is probably a heating core plug. You will have to replace the heater core.
Flush the heater core!!!, only the heater core, first from return thru the supply then reverse it back and forth till water is clear. i had all the same problems as you guys, also try radiator cap, if its not seating right, pressure wont build and water wont move
I'm in the middle of the same problem. New thermostat, heater core flushed several times, new engine coolant and ice cold from the heater on a 50 degree day. Stay tuned.

also there is a bleeder on top radiator hose at the manifold, try bleeding air out
