You must check the Cavity 6, Fuse 20Amp for Trailer tow turn/Stop relay.

Also can find more details in the 2002 Ford F250 - Owners Manual (page 162 for Fuses).

I really hope helps with this (remember rated this help) Good luck.

Suburban towing package fuse box location

2005 Suburban Z71 4WD I had similar situation. No 12 volt positive to 7 trailer. Under my hood at the fuse panel, the red 12v + wire was connected to Stud # 1 which is on the left side of fuse box. There is a square fuse right next to this stud. I put a 40 amp fuse in it. I use this power to charge a battery in a trailer as I am hauling.

I need wiring diagram of trailer battery charging circuit for a 2002 ford f150 4x4

Try this site. http://www.etrailer.com/faq-wiring.aspx. They give color codes and detailed info.
Check your owners manual as there should be a fuse under the hood to feed the trailer 12V trailer feed. On certain vehicles, the feed is controlled by the ignition switch. It won't charge unless the switch is on.

2004 F250 No brakelights/turn lights on trailer

You will need to get a 12 volt test light and check the trailer connector for a voltage signal to the trailer, it may also have seperate fuses under the hood for the trailer lights if the system is factory installed, federal law requires the 2 systems be isolated, if there are blown fuses find the short in the trailer before replacing fuse(s), with no exceptions the short is always in the trailer. Hint, check the fuses 1st.
