Engine is too hot which is burning oil and road dirt off the engine. Sounds like a bad thermostat or a water pump problem. The radiator may be partially blocked too.
remove thermostat with cold engine assembly again check the belt fit new radiator cup blead your sistem and drive 1/2 hur ef stil over heating you have radiator blockige.

Check the radiator and the cooling fan. open the hood as the engine temperature rises does the fan come on. if not that the problem, Also do this As the car is warming up(from a cold start) near operating temperature, turn off the car, watch out for the fan, engine of key in your pocket fell the radiator is there any hot or cold spot? if there is the radiator is plugged. Also if the radiator isnt plugged new doesnt mean it works, the water pump itself can be faulty. and dont forget the most important device the Thermostat you did timing belt waterpump they should of done thermostat.
Check and see if your fans are coming ON. and also, see if there is a lot of junk such as dead bugs and **** stuck in the condenser and radiator. Let me know if this works out.
1. Make sure your coolant is at the proper level in the overflow tanks as well as in the radiator. 2. Make sure the cooling fan is working properly (note as a quick check, turn on the A/C. It should come on with the A/C on regardless of engine temp). When the car is stationary your radiator relies on the electric fan to move air through it. When you are moving air passes through without the need of a fan.
Check your electric cooling fan is cutting in when stationary. Air flowing through your radiator whilst driving keeps your engine cool. There is no airflow when stationary, so cooling fan is used to compensate, sounds like yours isnt working.
you need a Brake safety switch replaced. This is located behind you brake pedal.it's a common problem. The warning lights will reset after a few engine starts.
