They do stick from time to time, check the key is not bent. also adjust the hieight of the steering wheel. if you have parked it with the wheels turned in or out then you need to return it to the position faceing the way the wheels do. it can feel very stiff but have a go should do it, careful with the key. if you can get someone to help then do.
Always park your wheels straight!!!
Jounds like you have a bunch of keys on the same ring as ignition
bad idea yu have likely bent tome pins in the ignition
insert key grab a malat gentely hit end of key
take your time it will drop the pin eventually
ok now it turns ( that was easy ) do not turn it off or remove key
step 2 take the truck to the lock smith let them remove ignition and repair it but what ever you do do not remove key b4 the lock smith looks at it and advises you to as it will be a bastard to get it o turn again
a lock smith will charge you 50 - 100 bucks to remove and repair and re install the lock
the dealer on the other hand wil not repair the lock they will replace it for a cost of 200 for parts and 150 for the labour
play safe and play smart go see the lock smith they are more qualified to fix it than the dealer and they wil only take 20 - 30 min usually verses leaving the car at the dealer all day
If the steering wheel is locked, turn the wheel just slightly and try to turn the key at the same time and see if that won't work
