You have to remove the instrument panel assy and replace the bulb from the back. It's not fun and it's not easy.

got to you tube and type in dashcap instructional to remove dash cover. You must have the infamous problem every other dodge ram owner (94-01) crack in dash cover. hope this helped

One bolt on each side under the kick panel few bolts in the middle under the cover to remove a bracket and remove all the bolts on the top by the windshield. Those are the main bolts that hold the dash. You will also have to drop the steering column down by removing the two nuts on it and a bracket underneath that. you will have to take the dash cluster and other electronics out and unhook some wires to get the dash out far enough. Check your fuse box and look for a blown fuse. Some raidos have an in-line fuse behind the raido under the dash.
