My 91 honda accord is squeaking when i start it then it goes away

I hate to say it but you should of got the right part. That wiring is not to be spliced (for one, electronics)

check whether the fuel filter is clogged.

sounds like a bad fuel sensor on the throttle body i had the same problem...u can find the throttle body with sensor at the junk yard for about $40... 30-45 min easy fix also replace the gasket....

i am thinking that the 15 amp fuse is the fuse that protects the ecm circuit replase the O2 sensor wires and check the harnes for a shorted wire.

you might want to check your air/fuel mixture. It might be not be getting proper air intake.

worn pulley on the crankshaft will cause belt to squeak.pulley has worn to a point where it become to smooth belt cant grip it while turning so it start slipping making squeaking sound.

Its more than likely a bad worn or loose drive belt. Here is what you do the next time you start this vehicle up and the noise is herd open the hood and pour some water on the drive belts this noise should go away or get louder temporarily.
