Not by the numbers on the coils,Those are only for cylinder identification to know where the plug wires go, your firing order depends on what size engine you have.

That won't help. If firing good other cylinders, then the module is good. It could be an injector problem. You need to check the spark on #1. Make sure it is sparking good, then look for air/fuel mixture problem-bad injector or something else in that cylinder affecting the air/fuel mixture so it doesn't fire good. Maybe a valve not sealing- need a compression test to check that.
Sound like you could of solved a misfire hows the cranking does it sound smooth example ta-ta-ta-tataaa-ta-ta-ta-taaa-ta, that would be a low compression cylinder, recheck the firing order
