I need a fuse diagram for my fathers van . On the fuse panel cover there is a fuse number diagram but nothing showing what each fuse does. His horn fuse is out I think. He has misplaced his manual. Thank you.

You can access the fuse panel through the steering column lower opening. Remove the cover using the quick release fasteners. 2. On the fuse panel cover, find the number of the fuse you want to check. The diagram on the cover tells you where to locate the fuse on the panel. 3. Check the fuse to see if it is blown. Look through the clear side of the fuse to see if the metal wire inside is separated. If it is, the fuse is blown and should be replaced. There also is a fuse box under the hood by the break Master Cylinder
Your owners manual will show you exactly where it is...However it is easy to disconnect the horn...You desperately need a horn for safety reasons to avoid a crash...Especially if your state has a safety inspection requirement...Your fuse panel should also have the fuses numbered and a sticker inside the fuse box cover stating which fuse goes to horn....Also you can wear safety glasses and disconnect the battery to avoid air bag explosion..Remove steering wheel center cover where the horn is pressed...,You will see a small wire attached to the cover and to the prong inside steering wheel...It could be loose or disconnected.....If not just disconnect the wire and black tape the terminal end ..Then the horn is disconnected...
There is also a labeled HORN relay in the fuse box next to the battery... the fuse box is long and rectangular. The inside of the lid has the diagram for both the fuses and relays it contains. The other is a fuse panel under the dashboard on the driver's side. It cover lights and a few other items. The fuses are labeled, but the relays are NOT. One of the relays, controls the emergency hazard flashers. You need to check both places and replace any fuse that states HORN and the HORN relay, to be sure the problem goes away.

Horn circuit is protected with a CIRCUIT BREAKER, NOT by a fuse, located on one of the fuse panels under the hood, or inside the car. The fuse box covers are marked. Hope this helps
