The knock sensor is located on the right side of the engine (passenger side) if looking from drivers seat, here is a diagram to help you locate the sensor and also enclosed is a picture of the sensor. hope this is helpful, good day.
Thru much testing we have found this problem to be relative to the lock out at the master switch. Have not figured it exactly but when the master switch for the rear passenger window is held in the up position the rear works just fine up and down. The only wire diff on that side is the lock out. Still testing, may be that wire shorted to the body or the master switch may just be bad or wired incorrectly.
