Where is the fuse box for the radio? is it in the car or the hood?cant find a fuse box inside the car

There are three fuses for your radio. Your car has two fuse boxes one under the hood and one inside the cabin. the radio fuses are in the inside fuse box. Number 32. 33, and 22. 10 amp,15 amp and 15 amp.The #32 is hot in start or run, the #33 is hot all time, and #22 hot in run or acc.

The Fuse box is located behind the glove box. remove the glove box, then remove the fuse box casing.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

could be a fuse, but i doubt it. if half the panel lights are out on the radio itself, there is either a blown bulb inside the radio, or some other problem. if it is the panel surrounding the radio, it may just be a blown bulb or two. as far as the fuse box location, there are four solid options. under the dash by your left foot, on the opposite side in the passenger footwell, on the side of the dashboard, or under the hood. hope this helps

I can't seem to locate one either, the only one I have listed is the fuse box under the drivers side dash behind the access panel.

There is a diagram in your fuse box showing the exact fuse location.The fuse box is visible when you open the drivers side door. It is small triangle shaped plastic cover on the side of the dashboard next to the door frame, You cant see it with the door closed. The inside of the cover has a diagram that identifies which fuse is which.Check it.Thanks.Helpmech.

Yes there is also a fuse box under the hood. The schematic for fuses should be in the fuse box cover.

If you are suspecting that the radio, car lighter fuse is busted. You need to check the fuse box under the dashboard. Check the fuse box diagram found on the cover of the fuse box under that dash. Check if you see "Lighter, Radio" Find the fuse and use the fuse puller to pull out the fuse.





You can find the fuse puller inside the fuse box. I hope this helps.

There are 2 fuse panels in car, 1 under hood and the second under drivers side of dash, above hood release area. Radio fuse should be under dash, most likely a blue(15amp) fuse. The fuse panel glossery should be on inside cover of fuse panel or in owners manual under fuses in glossery.
