A car battery life is about 3 years.. If the battery is newer - there could be a problem with the charging sytem.. Have the battery and the charging system tested.

2008 cobalt has weak start, new battery and alternator and still has weak start. What could be wrong with it?

How about having the starter checked out? The armuture, brushes or bushes might be on its last. Causing the starter to pull alot of current. An auto electric shop will do a 5minute check on it. Called a load test.

How can I get key out which is stuck in ignition of 2008 cobalt. It also won't start

This can happen if the battery is low / dead. To solve, connect a set of jumper cables between the battery in the Cobalt and a running car's battery. Shut off the running car. In the Cobalt, make sure all accessories (lights, radio, fan, etc.) are off. Step on the brake, then move the gear shifter fully into the PARK position. Next, either attempt to start the engine, or turn the key to the OFF position and remove it from the ignition.

I hope this helps & good luck!

Car won't start keys were left in ignition

Try jumping/boosting the vehicle, all of the above will still work with a weak/low battery but the starting system takes a lot of amperage to turn over the engine. If you only left the keys in the car and no lights on or anything running why would it not start if it was starting correctly before??? Whats happened since the car was last started?

Cant get 2008 cobalt to start. lights come on but engine wont turn over and steering wheel will not turn

If you hear the clikclik sound when you turn ON your key, that means your battery is weak even light can turn ON, but the engine it can't; The starter are the same, but you need to make sure that the battery is fully charge that can able to start the engine. ok
