Not a simple fix. You have to remove the door panel, switches, door handle just to get to the inside of the door. There you have to unbolt tracks, drill out rivets, to remove the regulator. Then drill out rivets that hold the motor to the regulator and replace it by bolting it back on. Would be best to take it to a glass shop they should not charge more than $60 to $75 to do it for you. Well worth the charge.

If it won't actuate from the passenger OR driver side you'll have to pull the door panel. It WON'T be a fuse, it's the motor unless you can hear it trying and something's broken in there.

Replacing headlight assembly for 1999 plymouth grand voyager 3.3L

It's relatively simple. There are 4-10 millimeter bolts that hold it in. Two on the top that are visible as the tabs are exposed. There are also two behind the radiator support that are visible if you look straight down almost right below the two on top. If I've helped, please rate my assistance and leave a testimonial. Thanks for using Fixya.

How do I install 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager headlamp assembly, both right and left side

open the bonnet and look down behind the headlamp, you should see some small type nuts, possibly about 6 that hold the unit in place, undo them, remove the multi wire plug from the unit and replace with the new headlamp assembly

Window lift motor

The mechanism itself is usually the problem here, but there has been a rash of motor assemblies that have needed to be replaced. Ever have one done on this car before?
