Have you tried to self program fob;switch ignition on as if starting but not starting,hold fob near to the keys and press open/close,doors should lock and unlock.If they do'nt you will need to program fob and require security code!

Put key ignition press unlock or lock 2 times then turn key to accessory position within 30 seconds. Your FOB should work properly.

Unfortunately, what you have is not an aftermarket system, but rather one that was installed by Chrysler..that being said, you will have to get the fob from the dealer and have them program it as well, however, $350 sounds steep. Sorry the news was not better, good luck! I hope you find this to be very helpful!
