Everytime i turn my heater on heater on works and blows fuse?

the turn signal circuits are shorted,,the fuse blowing saved you from a fire.(burning harnesses)
faili on left or right or both and HAZARDS? SORRY 3 fuses to learn that.

there are 2turn fuses, I see, in the schematics.
LT-turn and RT-turn, so now you know which side is shorted. just a glance and bingo , side. bad know, cutting work in ;1/2.
but, there is 10amp turn fuse too, that runs the turn flasher module
so 4fuses, turn left and turn, main and haz main.
this is bad.

any thing in this whole turn system can blow fuse turn main, BLK.
but learning if only one side fails ,is great moment,
if both fails, the problem is this module or the turn swtich is shorted.

When a fuse keeps blowing everytime you replace it that means there is a short circuit along its cable. Check the flasher cables or call a car electrician to do it.

It sounds like that fuse is supplying power to more than just the amp and is being shorted out in the START mode. Normally I would think the power to the sound system would be cut off by the ignition switch in the START mode. Try to find out what else that fuse supplies power to. You can disconnect suspected trouble areas to see if that helps locate the source of the fault.

What is the original fuse rating of your heater.?? Try using a 20 ampere fuse. If this blow up, check the lines going to the heater, this could be grounded. Once you find it, have it taped (electrical tape) to insulate it from the ground.

disconnect the AC compressor clutch connector and see if the short goes away, if so the clutch closing coil is shorted.

Try removing the harness connector to the motor, and see if it still blows the fuse, then you've isolated the problem.
