Upon submission of your car registration and driver's licence to any Mercedes Benz dealership, a servicemanager will gladly lookup the respective radio code for the model car.Thereafter,save the code in a safe place and for easy access you can save the code on your cell phone
This code is to prevent stolen radios being sold, so the only way to get the code is to go to the local car dealership. You will need to take your licence, registration papers, and proof of purchase before they will release the code to you. But if you bought the radio second-hand, forget it.
Call the Mercedes I-800 number on the sun visor. Give them the Vin number and they will give you a 4 digit number assigned to that Vin. Input code in radio unit through (1-0 radio buttons)... Press "seek". Simple
Contact your local Benz dealer with your VIN number in hand. They will be able to give you the code for your radio. Some dealers want you to prove you are the owner of the vehicle.
