Both codes refer to the throttle position sensor, the sensor is at the throttle plate, on the side of the throttle body. to test remove the connector to sensor, use a ohms meter to test. put 1 lead to top connection and the other to the bottom one. move throttle and the needles on the ohms meter should move very even, move throttle slow to get a good reading, needle should move without no hesitation, if the test is bad replace tps sensor. if the sensor gets to bad, it can have an effect on transmission shifting. after fixing sensor have the light turned of with an obd2 scanner.

2002 chevy malibu...can i get a remote starter to by pass the anti theft system

What makes you think this is a anti-theft system problem ? Is the security light lit on the insturment cluster ? When you turn the key to start does the starter spin the engine ? Crank no start ! Or when you turn the key to the start position the starter does nothing . No crank no start . A aftermarket remote start won't by pass anti-theft system . Your best bet would be to take to a qualified repair shop and have it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes . Before you let someone start hacking up wiring circuits .
DTC B2947
DTC B2948
DTC B2957
DTC B2958
DTC B2960
DTC B3031
DTC B3033
DTC P1626
DTC P1630
DTC P1631
DTC P1632

Do you know what DTC'S are , these would point to an area of trouble an to a fix .

Error code p0121

I cannot give you any specific information for your vehicle because you failed to mention YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, ENGINE SIZE, TRANSMISSION TYPE, etc..
However, the standardized description of Diagnostic Test Code (DTC) P0121 according to SAE J2012 (Revised December 2007) is "Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit Range/Performance".

I got diagnostic trouble codes P0108,P0121,P0340 what does it means and give me the remedial action for that

Here is what each of your trouble codes means:

DTC P0108 MAP Sensor Range check High
DTC P0121 TPS Circuit Range/Performance Problem
DTC P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
Do you know how long each of these codes have been stored? Each one of these codes relate to a different part of the vehicle.

Your PO108 codes is probably a faulty Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor
PO121 is a Throttle Position Sensor malfunction code
PO340 is a Camshaft Position Sensor malfunction code

I would not think that all 3 of these codes all set at the same time, just wouldnt make sense unless there was a problem with the Engine Control Module (ECM) causing all these codes to set at the same time.
