Temp sensor, follow the fan wires and it should be in line, Sensor is usually screwed to the radiator....
Look for a blown fuse or faulty relay for the radiator fan. Turning the AC on should immediately turn the fan on so that you don't have to wait for the engine to warm up for a test. Don't allow the engine to overheat as it can cause warping of cylinder heads which leads to gasket problems.
