Most cars now a days have timing belts in them. The manufacturers use them for a number of reasons. They are cheaper to build, they are quieter, they guarantee that you will have the car serviced between 60 and 80k miles. and if you don't, then they will sell you a new engine when the belt brakes. It is all bottom line for them, not so much for you.

Engine service done on a navara d40 wont start turns over but wont start

Put all the old plugs back in first and try that. Have you gapped the new plugs correctly? New air filter might mean that your fuel air mixture is too lean now so again to check try it with the old (Dirty)filter. If it starts you will have to think about the misture settings.

I 2005 nissan navara outlaw, there are 79500 miles on it, at how many miles does the timing chain need serviced or changed?

It is usually the timing chain tensioner that malfunctions. However if you have a timing BELT it should be replaced between 75-80k miles.

A chain driven system will typically outlast the engine itself if everything is in a good order.

However there was a recall on some frontier engine's timing parts, you may want to have your VIN checked at a local dealer to ensure your engine doesn't qualify for the TSB repair.

I have 97000 mile on my 05 Nissan Altima 3.5 SER the timing chain is making noise if I went over 7500 mile on synthic oil would that make my timing chain go bad the dealership said that is why it is making...

That's a load of **** they are feeding you.The timing chain tentioner has a fault and not tentioning the chian.I think you have done a good thing keeping it on synthetic oil. That causes less wear on moving parts than other oils.
