Disconnecting the battery having an alarm system activated the security on it. you will have to get it towed to your local dealer repair shop and have then deactivate the alarm system. i would also go to autozone and buy a devise that you plug into your vehicle to make sure that doesnt happen again.

I have a 94 honda accord loat keys and dropped the switch it ran 3 days and died now its not firing nor getting gas

Yes it does have antitheft. This website is mainly for GM vehicles, but the same principle and fix works on your Honda as well.

I installed an aftermarket radio and amp now anti theft system has shut everything down 1994 Lincoln how can I get started again

Did you try disconnecting the battery terminals, negative first, wait 10 min., reconnect negative last, should force the antitheft system to reset.

1997 seville not getting enough gas to start

For the backfiring, there is a chemical additive process for cleaning the intake system of Northstar V-8's. This is suppose to be done at a Dealer and the solvent stays inside the engine 8 hours or more. It is rumored to be written as a service procedure in the Owners Manual.

Check your battery. A shorting battery will activate the antitheft system. Try a new fuelpump Relay

2006 hhr chevy wont start

These cars have a tricky ANTITHEFT SECURITY system. When they recieve no voltage or low voltage, they consider this a threat and lock you from starting the vehicle. I'm sure it has probably reset by now, but here is a link to help if it happens again.

I have a 1991 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme. I have just rebuilt the top part of the engine, I had to put on 2 new head gaskets. I got the engine back together and now the car will not start, it will turn...

did you get the spark plug wires to the correct cyls? Remember that an engine needs three things to start, 1: fuel, make sure your getting gas, 2: spark, make sure you have spark and you have it at the right time,3: compression, if anything went wrong when you replaced the gasket you could be losing compresion, an engine missing one of the three will not run, and any engine with all three will always run, not always well but will at least run.

2008 MZK Ran out of gas, put gas in and the car won't start again. Tried jumping it (several times) Makes a sound like there is no power.

You may get some free help from a Dealer on this because of the Warranty. Lincoln has at least a 4 year coverage. You can try the Inertia switch in the trunk which has a Reset button; you press for 2 seconds to reconnect the fuelpump.

There is also the Antitheft system. Sometimes you need to push the Security code in manually and then turn the Ignition key within 10 seconds. The low battery and jumping the car may have triggered the Antitheft.

After opening the door with the remote, the car goes completely dead. Can restart after disconnecting the battery and reconnecting. 1999 ES300

Your vehicle is equipped with an Antitheft/Imobilizer system. I would begin by scanning the Antitheft module to see if it has any fault codes stored.
Stop disconnecting the battery - you could be erasing vital information (computer memory) that could help diagnose the problem.

96 ford explorer no power no crank no anything

Sounds like a connection problem/error. When you replaced the starter solenoid, do you remember how many wires you disconnected and reconnected?

Was there any indication ( sparks, etc) of accidentally causing a short when you replaced the solenoid?

Your initial problem of no start but hearing the click sound is almost a sure fire indication that the starter is NG. If the solenoid clicks, that means that it is applying 12 volts to the starter.

hope this helps Good luck Loringh
