My parking lights will not turn off

When I turn off the ignition and take out the keys the parking lights are still on. This is regardless of weather or not the lights were left on. They just stay on.

Key wont turn to start car. please advise.

Try wiggling the steering wheel and then starting the car. If that doesn't work, make sure your gearshift is in park. Push on it towards park and then try to start your car. Also sometimes hot and humid weather can expand the steering area preventing you from turning the ignition. Wait for it to cool down or leave your windows open for a bit before trying again.

My Subaru Impreza 2000 park lights wont go off

Hello, I think your problem may be fixed by locating the rocker switch on the top of your steering column cover. If you can see the orange or redish side of the switch you need to push down on the side closest to you when your sitting in the drivers seat. This is your park lamp override switch, it's used to turn on your park lamps when your ignition is turned off or the key is removed. Because as you know the lights turn off regardless of the headlamp switch position as soon as you turn the ignition to the off position.

1995 Nissan Difficult to start in hot weather.

the reason it's starting after a few turns of the key is because when you're the ignition position, you're priming the engine to start. By priming it repeatedly, you're making it easier on the starter to catch when you finally try to turn the engine. I would first check the spark plugs and electrical wiring.

Ignition problem

You've tried pulling steering wheel hard from one side to the other while turning key? Always try to avoid shutting vehicle off with wheels turned, keep straight when turning off. Are you parking on a sloped drive by chance? If yes, press hard on brake pedal when trying to turn key, if no luck, try rocking car forward ,back, while trying to turn key.

Key will not turn in the ignition 2003 Monte Carlo SS

Be sure its all the way in park or try neutral. Its possible that security system does not recognize the key. Is security light flashing or on steady? Shut all doors and windows, trunk, hood, turn off all accessory's,roll down drivers window, turn key off and remove for at least 1 minute, insert key into ignition, try to start leaving key to run position for 20 minutes, turn key to off, wait 15 seconds, try to start again leaving key to run, wait 20 minutes, turn key off, wait 15 seconds, try to start, This should relearn key code. It may relearn after 1 learn cycle and start if system is ok. Hope this helps and that the weather is dry and warm for this procedure!.. i think this may solve ur problem..

2004 Camry ignition gets stuck on "on"

To be quite frank, a little further diagnosis on the part of the dealer will rectify this condition, but,
try this:
When the key will not come out, try pushing the shifter forwards towards the park position. If the key comes out then, it just may be an adjustment at the shifter cable.
