Open the drivers door and look at the corner of the dashboard. a snap on lid you will see that is the fuse box

On my 94 from Japan ... you need to remove the glove box (3 screws across top, screw and bolt across bottom) and then the heater and alternator fuses are in a small covered fuse box approximately where the upper passenger side door hinge attaches to body.
