If its doing it at regular basis and increasing the sound and feeling, change your bearing in the wheel hub but if you have a full size Montero its all in 1 assembly, either way check with the shop and be certain!

Sounds like you need to take it for repairs though it may be dangerous to take into fast moving traffic, maybe get a mobile mechanic to look at it ,normally it will be brake fault so be careful

Drivers side front hub makes a low grinding noise after four wheel drive is disengaged, what can we do?

If the grinding noice lasts for just a few seconds, don't worry about it. If it grinds along time or constantly, the hub is not disengaging fully then you need to take it to a mechanic for sure. Good Luck.

Grinding, rattling noice coming from the right front. Brake pads are good.

Probably the splash shield hitting the rotor. First visually inspect the rotors for scratches and grooves front and back while the entire vehicle has been lifted off the ground and front tires removed. I fyou can't find any thing put vehicle in gear with parking brakes applied(remember your noise if comming from front of car)and listed for the grinding. Seperate the splash shield from rotor with a dull flat screw driver.

Oil pressure light on at idle

Don't delay on this. Take the vehicle in and have the oil pressure sensor checked. It could be just the sensor or it could be something more serious. A drop in oil pressure could lead to catastrophic engine failure.
