maybe bad head gasket causing bubbling in over flow tank
if level is going down you might see white smoke from tail pipe,
wet spark plugs or engine oil looking like coffee.
hope this helps
What's overheating? the engine or the transmission? If the transmission is getting hot, then most likely the cooler lines weren't cleaned. If it is the engine. It's just coincidence. Start with the thermostat.
there is a change in the Intake manifold gasket. i do alot of head gaskets in my shop. I will send a picture here and show you the change.has the water pump been change .
Nope, unless somehow it got clogged! Make sure your coolant level is correct, and your fan/s are working. If both are correct/operating properly, your problem is most likely the thermostat
You might have a faulty thermostat..I've seen new ones that were faulty. Replace it again...Also, you might have installed backwards..The spring loaded side always goes in facing the block.. or closest to the block and farthest from the hose.
I can't believe that your radiator is shot, it's a new truck. How about clogged? How about full of bugs or hay in the front? How about the coolant? Are you running coolant or water? Look for white smoke or steam coming out the exhaust after it warms up. This you don't want to see. I would get it to a radiator shop and have them check it for a blown head gasket. They will be able to tell what's happening.
my friend overheating caused by alot of reasons like there is a leak in the radiator or water pump , your water pump may be not working , your engine thermostat may be clogged and keeping the water out of the engine , so if u be more spesfic i may be could help u
