2012 dodge avenger. Bolt or clamps under the car front bumber came out ont one side. Can I push the bumber up to drive until I see a mechanic?

The car should still be covered under the factory warranty, so I would think the dealer would have it towed for you.

How to replace 2002 Nissan altima headlights

remove the front bumber cover, that will show you an extra bolt at the bottom of the head light which you can not see with the bumber on. if you press down hard enough you could stick an extention with a 10 ml socket so you can remove the bolt without removing the bumber cover.

Scratched front bumber

Get it fixed by the other parties insurers. It will and should not cost you a cent. Failing that there are several non insured loss recoverers out there. Just search online.
