Check the fuse first. Then check the resistance of the Defroster grid w/ohm meter. As long as you measure anything BUT infinate, its ok. If ok replace the timer/switch module in the dash panel.

I have a 2001 Alero, rear defrost isn't working at all, frost inside my car, won't defrost and heat isn't working! :( HELP any idea's... I thought it was the heater core but there isn't any leakage un

You definatly have water inside the car. Pull the carpet back in the front and rear checking for water leaks. The only way frost can develope inside a vehicle is the presents of moisture.
The other possibility is your HVAC drain is plugged and water has built up inside the heater motor area. Have the drain checked and cleaned.

I have a 2003 Alero, replaced relay switch and fuse under the bonet for the rear defrost, all wires hooked up...no lines broke.. rear defrost button lights up , but rear defrost dont work. Are there any...

There is a connector going to rear defrost on the rear window. Disconnect this and check for voltage with defrost on. If this is good, check resistance for the connection to window. This will tell you if the electrical is working or the element is bad for the window if there is a open reading on multimeter.

I have a 2000 olds alero and first the back

It sounds like an electrical nightmare. The rear defrost and the blower motor are probably not related. The fact that the blower motor only runs on high is because the blower motor resistor is bad. I'm guessing the blower motor is just worn out that's why that quit. As far as the turn signal problem, not a clue there, maybe a bad ground somewhere or you're getting feedback from another circuit. Electrical problems are tough enough when they're right in front you, let trying do solve them via email. You need an electrical wiz for a mechanic.

The indicator light works for the rear defroster on a 2000 Alero. However, the rear defrost does not work. Where do I start looking for the problem. The fuse has been replaced.

Have there been any children playing in the back window? Children are good at sctaching the small defrrroster grid lines. Look for small breaks in any of the lines, on break and the defroster wont work. these can be repaired and here are a couple of links if that is where your porblem is.

Rear defrost, service engine soon, and squeak from rear of car

Sounds like the wheel bearing... try jacking the car up and moving the rotor forward or backward. if you hear a grinding noise, or if the rotor moves sideways... like rock it.. then its definately that. I have the same problem with the service engine soon light... try removing the positive on the battery then waiting 30 seconds and putting back on. should reset the cpu.

There's a junction box behind passenger rear door that has 2 wires that are joined from the front and control the rear defroster and radio antenna.

Car

Sounds like a headgasket problem.
If this is the 3.4 liter v6, they are good for the rear headgasket being blown. This lets combustion gases into the cooling system, and causes the coolant to overflow the tank.
