This is located under the hood, close to the battery on the fender, passinger side. Look at the Positive cable from the battery and follow it to the relay.
If you have cruise control, it should be located to the right of the steering column in a wire harness with wires colored yellow/light blue, yellow/light green and dark blue. If you don't have cruise control, you have no horn relay. It goes from the steering direct to the horns.

Look between the radiator support and the front grill on the left and right hand sides.
Also,,there is no need to replace the Horn Relay when replacing the horn unless the relay is faulty.
It is fairly easy to do. remove rear wheels and brake drums, remove the differential cover, rotate the diff to access the diff pin bolt and remove, remove pin, push axles inward and remove c clips, slide out axles and replace seals. reverse procedure
