It's quite likely the the blower moter relay needs replaced. When this relay burns out you end up with off and high, nothing inbetween. I hope this helps.

2003 Ford Focus ZX5 Windshield Washer Hose Diagram

I recall answering a similar question yesterday. Just follow the hoses downwards from the squirting nozzles. There is normally just one outlet on the pump, two if it has a headlamp washer. You can route the hoses anywhere, just make sure they are away from heat and moving parts. You should find small clips with an open C-shape to hold the hose on its route from pump to screen.

Watch the videos carefully, freeze if you have to. It looks to be located in a very bad place for a blowout. Your grandson should have inspected the tires, as tires only blow out in very limited instances, under inflated, over inflated, worn, bulging, or he hit something at speed racing his mates. Three kids killed near me this morning to that very cause. They think they are invincible. :>(

Location of heater relay on 2003 ford focus.

There is no relay, according to my info. At the blower motor, green wire is voltage, fuse protected, goes hot with key on. Black wire is ground. The blower speed control switch is part of ground circuit. There are resistors for the lower speeds. Hi speed doesn't use a resistor. If you have good voltage and ground at blower motor and no blower action, suspect the blower motor. Any motor that uses brushes, sometimes you can tap on suspect motor, and it will run intermittently. Sign of bad brushes.
You may be able to use jumper wires to blower motor connector for voltage and ground, from the battery, just to see if blower motor will run? If it won't run, suspect blower motor. If you use jumpers, use an inline fuse, just in case.

Blower only works on high speed in 2003 focus

BLOWER MOTOR WORK ONLY ONE SPEED.YOU COULD HAVE FAULTY BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR OR BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL SWITCH BAD.USE VOLT METER CHECK VOLTAGE AT EACH CONTROL SWITCH SPEED TERMINAL. IF POWER IS AT EACH TERMINAL ON CONTROL SWITCH YOU MORE LIKELY HAVE A BAD BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR.

Heater fan only works on fastest speed

Your blower motor resistor has gone bad, it should be located next to your blower motor in the car, held in place with a couple of screws, remove it and replace it. The resistor is responsible for making the blower motor run at slower speeds than high or (4). Let me know if this helps.

2003 Ford Explorer Fan Blower Motor

Jeff, If I understand you correctly you say your blower motor only works on high? check your blower motor resistor, located next to blower motor. The resistor makes the other speeds availiable, high bypasses the resistor, let me know if that fixes you up
