There is a drain plug, and is located drivers side near the front of the car. You first have to remove the black shield that blocks your view of the bottom.
The drain plug will be easily visible then.
If there is one it will be on the rear side of one of the radiator tanks near the bottom or on the bottom of one of the tanks. Very rarely it is on the front side or on the lower hose. Many late model cars do not have a radiator drain plug so you have to remove the lower hose. DO NOT DO THIS WHEN THE ENGINE IS HOT! First remove the radiator cap. Next you have to remove the clamp from the lower radiator hose (just loosen it and slide it back out of the way) and twist the hose off the radiator tank. Be prepared for a big mess. Use the largest drain pan you can find to catch the coolant. An cheap flat aluminum pan from the grocery store will work. Remember that cats and dogs will drink anti-freeze and die horribly. Clean up the spill with kitty litter and bag it as soon as you can. Good Luck.
Back side (towards engine) of the plastic side tank of the radiator, drivers side I think
No drain plug- Pull the bottommost hose on the radiator and let it all pour out- If you are draining because of bad fluid put in, I might also suggest turning the motor over a few times with the hose disconnected to have the rest of the fluid pumped out by the WP.

How easy is it to remove lower rad hose? I've reverted to that more than once rather than fight with some of those drain plugs & their neat locations.

Some of them do not come out. They just unscrew, and act like they are going to come out and they will let the coolant out,if they are not stopped up.
