What is the yellow light like the engine management light but with an exclamation mark in the centre?

The yellow triangle with an exclamation mark will typically be accompanied by a message explaining what's gone wrong. Hopefully it will be self-explanatory - such as a low reservoir for the windscreen washer system.

There are way too many to list. The main reason it comes on is there is an emission failure of some kind. I assume when you say engine management you mean check engine light. Or the light with the picture of the engine and exclamation mark or a red triangle in the case of a hybrid.

Engine management light, some problem in engine, might be simple cure, disconnect car battery for ten mins , might reset it, if not dealer or guy with diagnostics can reset

The "Check Engine Light" could be something major, or something as minor as a loose
gasoline filler cap. The only way to know is to find someone who can attach an OBD-II code reader
to your car's ODB-II computer port and talk to your car's on-board computer,and ask it what it thinks
is wrong.
Also, the "Yellow light with the triangle that has an exclamation mark in the middle and a circle going around" could be the SES light (Service Engine Soon), which could mean that everything is fine with the car, except the SES light needed to be reset at the 3400Km oil change, but it wasn't.
In the U.S., Pep Boys and Advance Auto Parts are national parts store chains that will read the ODB-II codes setting your "Check Engine" light free - don't know who will do this free in Canada/U.K., though.

usually thats a tire pressure indicator, did you just change tires? if so have dealer reset for you according to tire brand

sounds like a headlight indicator

If it looks like a deflating tire with an exclamation mark inside, its the check your tire pressure light.

If its a triangle with exclamation mark inside its the check engine light.

It is the Tire Pressure Mounted System (TPMS). It monitors the air pressure in your tires. If it is on, you have low tire pressure...or like me, it's just a faulty indicator. Mine came on, but I don't even have TPMS on my vehicle.

That light is the check engine light, it means a fault has occurred in the engine management system, have a trouble code test run by a Kragen or Auto Zone, it is free. Also here is a link to your owners Manual from Ford's fleet site.
