Your car use3s a timing chain not a belt. The water pump will be serviced by first removing the serpentine belt and then removing the water pump pulley and then finally removing the water pump. It is a fairly easy pump to replace.

I would recommend changing the water pump while you are at it.
The 2.0 timing belt labor is 4 hours and the water pump is 10 hours in addition. Not a fun job.
NOOOOooooo!!!! You have the timing off. If you crank the engine you will bend every valve in the head and be looking at $2K in repairs. What stopped the engine from turning is the valves are hitting the piston.
This a dificult and time consuming project. Suggest you purchase you a repair manual which gives you diagrams and detailed instructions for this type of repair. Difficult to explain procudure in writing.
There is a special tool that is required to hold the fan clutch. Then the fan screws out of the clutch. The tool can be bought or rented at your friendly parts store like autozone, etc. It will look something like this:
