Try the ignition module. This is more than likely your problem. It is on the coil pack where the wires connect to.I have had a few of these go on me.This should take care of your problem.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Replaced the MAF sensor - nothing. Took it to a authorized toyota shop & checked compression which check out good and put the computer on. Computer read mis-fire on cylinder 1, and then multiple misfire (like it would jump around). We went ahead and replaced the fuel injector on cylnder 1 - did not solve problem as when we hook the computer up, misfire seemed tp stay at idle and seem better when running high RMP, but check engine light is on as it never went away. Went ahead and replaced the coil pack to cylinder 1 - nothing. what am i missing?

93' cavalier, very rough running. Missing badly at all speeds and loads, including at idle in park. changed plugs and no change in symptons. Is this an injected motor (4 cyl)?

Yes it is fuel injected. If it runs but has no power there is a good chance that an ignition coil went bad and there would be no spark to two cylinders. Cylinders 1 and 4 are partners on the same coil and 2 and 3 are partners. Usually these cars if an injector goes bad they have an external leak.
You can try to listen to them by holding a screw driver to each on while its running but I don't think
that will be your problem anyway.Another giveaway for the coil could be a gas smell like it is partially flooded. When you changed the plugs were any of them wet with fuel ? There is also a chance that if the engine works ok at highway speeds that the egr valve is stuck open. This causes
rough running at idle and bad hesitation until highway speed is achieved. Hope this helps or let me know and we'll figure it out.

2003 f-150, 5.4liter is idling rough, an gives codes p0316,p1270

You didn't specify where you put the seafoam (oil, gas tank, vacuum lines etc) It's very possible that the fuel filter needs changing and the spark plugs may very well be fouled. After seafoaming a car it's a good idea to really open it up to burn off the foam and residue.
