None of those lights having anything to do with stalling or fuel filter or fuel pump.
As for the ABS, etc, this is likely due to the wheel speed sensors not reporting properly. While one or more of them could be bad (wheel hub replacement), these circuits are notorious for poor connections, corrosion, or bad wiring due to age.
The wheels speed sensors can be tested before replacing. Start with getting the ABS codes scanned. This will tell you which sensors are having problems.
Before any of this, you should look at the other engine codes and address the stalling, etc first. Scanning the engine and looking at air flow, fuel trim, etc will guide you to the next step. Have you changed the air filter recently?
