It's not the drain plug, is it? I don't think there would be a coolant hose there. Sometimes a drain plug will have a short hose to direct the drain downward. There may also be two lines to the radiator from the transaxle-they are cooling lines to a separate reservoir inside the radiator, to cool the transmission fluid. Examine the fluid and see if it is coolant or transmission fluid. Your radiator may have to come off to stop the leak if it is not a drain plug that just needs a new o-ring seal or needs tightening.
Thats not oil,its transmission fluid. The transmission fluid also runs through the radiator to help cool it off. Most likely,when the radiator was replaced,and they hooked the transmission lines back up,they either broke an o-ring on the lines,or dont have it locked in all the way. I cant remember if the lines are threaded or not,...but either way,..it happened when the radiator was replaced,ad should be taken back to the shop that did it,and have them fix it. For FREE of course...
You are leaking transmission fluid from either the fluid cooling lines that run from transmission to a separate reservoir in the radiator, or leaking from the reservoir itself. Hopefully, it's only the lines and may just need tightening to stop the leak. There are two lines to the radiator's reservoir. One brings fluid from transmission to the reservoir, and a return line back into the transmission. Probably located on driver's side of the radiator, one will be near top of radiator, and one near the bottom. Small copper or steel lines that may also turn into rubber lines. Clean the area well with rags to locate the leak. Will probably need to have the car running to make it leak, while looking for it. You could also take a wrench and try tightening the fittings at the radiator, and tighten any rubber hose clamps that you see. If it's not the lines or hoses that are leaking, then the radiator may need to be pulled off for repairs or replacement. But 9 times out of ten, it is a leak from one of the lines. When fixed, don't forget to check your transmission fluid level. Or keep adding till it is fixed.
Inspect your transmission line to the radiator, the transmission line may be damaged or the O rings have failed and leaking from the radiator cooler.
Keep and eye on the transmission fluid to make sure you don't run low. Low transmission fluid level will cause the transmission to burn up costing you to replace the transmission.

All depends on where it's leaking from. If it's leaking from the transmission pan, then it's going to be a bad transmission pan gasket. If it's leaking from the transmission cooler line or connections from the transmission to the radiator, replace the line or the connections or just the O-rings in the connections. If it's leaking from the transmission housing where the engine and transmission mates, then it may be the from pump or Torque Converter. The leak could be coming from the CV joint inner shaft where it connects to the transmission. Good luck and keep am eye on your transmission oil level, low transmission fluid will cause transmission failure.
Before you remove the radiator, check the transmission line connection's at the passenger side. There should be two, one at the top ( in ) and the bottom ( out ). There are only in place by a quick release and see if which line is leaking and replace the line or the O ring that seals the line to the radiator. Good luck and hope this helps. The radiator has a transmission and engine oil cooler lines to it too. One of the oil lines are leaking, if you know which one that's have the battle. I believe the transmission line is on the passenger sides and the oil cooler line is on the drivers side. Look at where the lines connect to the radiator and see if there is signs of the leak. You may need to spray it down with brake cleaner if you not sure if it's a new leak or old leak from the accident.
