It seems strange that you have this starting/no power issues when it over 70 degrees outside but not when it is cold. When it is cold the battery and starter are normally under more pressure to start the engine and it is also harder to burn and atomize fuel when it is cold.
The reason I suggest removing the trim panel and checking voltage at the ignition switch is that is the best place to start. The ignition witch has to have power present at the switch and must distribute that power as the key is turned to operate accessories and the starter motor when turned to the start position.

I have a 2000 pontiac grand prix with a digital climate control system. The heat quit working, it doesn't blow out any heat. Now that it is warm outside the air stopped blowing out any air. The digital temperature on the climate control is not correct. When it states that it is below 30 degrees on the ext and it is warm outside the air wont be cold. Once it starts going above 30 degrees the air gets colder. Today the blower stop working all together. Was told it maybe the climate control unit was bad. You can hear the door opening/shutting when you switch the temp from cold to hot. But there was no heat blowing out whatsoever in the winter time. Could you please give me your opinion on whether or not it is the climate control unit or something else?

1993 dodge caravan 3.3 v6 on days when outside temps are higher than 70 degrees after driving for a while if rpm's get below say 1200 car will stall out and after 20 mins. it will restart but will stall...

What does it do, if you try to accelerate when this starts to happen? If it dies, sputters or is sluggish, I'd start by changing fuel filter, and if that doesn't help, have fuel pressure tested when (if at all possible) this begins to happen. Had similar problem, winter was fine, hot weather it would die, and restart after 20 minutes or so, then go a fair distance again, then same thing. Fuel pump was on it's way out and when it got hot, fuel pressure would drop. First thing in the morning when fuel in tank and pump was cool, ran like a charm, but on way home from work, after sitting on a hot day, fuel got warm/hot, and pump heated up and that's when it started. Carried a fuel pressure gauge with me. Fuel pressure when cool, was 49 psi, and when it got hot, eventually dropped off to 2 psi. Sat for 20 minutes, jumped back up to 49psi, took off for home, then would eventually get lower and die again. Changed pump and filter, all was well. Try filter first, you have nothing to lose, and it should be changed if pump replaced later anyway.

When outside temp. gets above 70 degrees, car will quit running

First thing to do is find out what is missing when it dies, spark and plugs or fuel at the injector.
The next time it dies out, have him pull a spark plug wire off, crank the engine over and see if the ignition system makes a nice snapping spark. If that is good, you will want to get a fuel gauge and install it and test the fuel pressure, should be around 30 psi. Once you figure out which one it is we can go from there.
Good luck.
