Cylinder order

Follow the exhaust from the engine rearward. When you find any electrical wiring connected to the exhaust, that's your oxygen sensor.

Oxygen sensor? Which one? On is on the exhaust manifold itself before the catalytic converter. The other is located on the exhaust pipe after the catalytic converter. You will have to get underneath the car to reach it.

Where is the suzuki sx4 heater sensor located? i have a "HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)" problem and do not no where to find that sensor or how to fix that problem

That is an error for a heater oxygen sensor (H02S). It's located on the exhaust pipe after the catalytic converter. If you have a 4 cylinder, there will only be one catalytic converter so it will be pretty easy to figure out which sensor to replace. If you have a 6 cylinder you will have to determine which bank is Bank 1 and which is Bank 2. If you can find a cylinder identifiction diagram bank one will be the side that cylinder # 1 is on. Whenever i have encountered a similar code it has always been a bad oxygen sensor. So, inspect the wiring to the sensor and if all checks out, replace the sensor.

Where is the O2 sensor located on 98 Suzuki Sidekick

There is one on the exhaust manifold ( if it's a six cylinder there is one on each manifold). Then there is one on or right after the catylitic converter.

Suzuki ignis 2002 oxgen sensor functions

It gets pretty hot in there, and although hardly any manufacturers specify replacement intervals for oxygen sensors, they play a critical role in providing the ECM with acurate data for best running performance/economy. Change it, as the savings in NOT changing it will be soon eroded by increased fuel usage.
