But the reverse gear does not work and i have lost power. .....2000 maxima/i30 transmission solenoid no 3rd&4th!

i would assume they did not clear the miles to zero
check on the web how to clear it yourself and do it
just type in service engine soon light 2006 maxima and it will give you the steps to follow

Bulb price is not the issue, longevity is. you MUST NOT TOUCH the glass of the bulb with your finger, or the oils will cause short life of bulb.

On the console, where the oil change light is on, scroll through the items until you get to oil life. Once at oil life, hold the reset button and it will say Engine oil new. Press reset again and this should set you oil life back to 100% .

just changed battery,,all good,,radio is out,,tried fuses ,, what can i do to get the radio back on...

IF U GOT THE OIL CHANGED AT A SHOP THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT FOR U...HINT...HINT...OTHERWISE U CAN DISCONNECT THE NEG. BATTERY CABLE, WAIT A FEW SECONDS, THEN RECONNECT THE CABLE. THAT SHOULD RESET EVERYTHING.

somebody thrashed the life out of it before you got it ,or didnt check the oil in the running in period

Depending on the weather condtions where you live will determine the type of oil you should use. If you are in cold weather most manufactures for newer cars 2003 and up recommend 5-30 weight detergent oil. if it is hot you may want to go to 10-40 detergent. If you have the engine broken in say 30,000 miles I recommend my customers use 5-30 synthetic oil, it has better lubricating and heat removal qualities that regular motor oils don't have. also oil filters are important too. Iprefer fram oil filters, the heavy guard filters. they are more expensive but filter much finer particles. and last longer. So the better the oil and the better the filter the longer your engine will last. Don't use parfin based oil as it will damage your engine.

Might be an oil issue. Oil when hot might be too thick for the pump to pump the oil easily in the engine. Check that and if not that come back.
