My car wont start i believe it has something to do with the security codes.everything comes on but my car will not start.I have a 2005 dodge magnum

Have you tried locking and unlocking the door with the key, most likely the security system has locked you out.

Proper way is with code scanner with erase capability. Or you can try to unhook your battery and turn on the headlights, wait about 5 min. then reconnect battery. If you have stereo with code lock make sure to have code before doing.

what are the codes coming up

what engine size? what is the code? what weight oil/ brand are you using.

Check and download in the 2005-Dodge-Magnum-LX-Owners-Manual (page 307 and next).

Change plugs and wires to start with.

well start by checkingALL the fuses then check all wire connections to make sure we have good contact esspecially at the battery

ya hi there do you know motor size and year ? can you locate the ignition coil ? if so check to see 12 volts is present when you turn ignition to start position? check all fuses and also check relay's take each relay out and wiggle back in might be a bad connection .
