the next thing to check would be the selector motors, these motors are what move door to get floor or defrost or vent air and also hot/cold air, look under the dash try to find them, there bolted to heater box,there are 3, locate one by one then move every control and watch to see linkage move find the one that doesnt move and thats your problem, hope this helps.heres a picture to help you know what it looks like.

check resistor plug assembly underneath the dash. Replace the resistor . Only has a coule of screws. It is located near the blower motor or ON the Bmotor chasis itself.
if the colng system has ever been opened;thermostat,water pump or any other cooling system repair,the bleeding process may not have been performed and you may have trapped air in the system causing your problem.This is a normal problem that can be easilly fixed by a qualified tech.
