2001 pontiac grandprix no blower heat/ac

what heater do you mean?
rear defrost
seat heates
or dash Blower heater dead? blower and or heat ? to cab>
ALL the DIESEL GLOW plugs are dead
that means they must be repaired, means get it serviced

1. check all fuses first.
2. scan the TDI PCM brain for why it fails.
3. or get it serviced.

Have you checked the blower fuse?

I had a 2003 caddy dts same issue the blower motor has probably gone bad u can order them online. What u can also try is kicking under the passenger side glove box area that's where the blower is located sometimes they get stuck. Try kicking or tapping under there and see if it pops on. I did this with my car

These vehicles had a problem with casting sand getting trapped in the block and over time plugging the heater core. the way to fix this is to flush the heater core. this can be done by disconnecting the hoses one is on passengers side near the firewall the other is on the drivers side also by the fire wall and following them to the clamps on the engine and disconnecting them and then hooking a water hose up to them one st a time untill clean water comes out. in some cases the heater core will need replaced

about your heat i can help you i would say that for your heat the problem is the blower motor and maybe the resistor to so change those two parts and for your light im sorry i can help you good luck

just a guess but being that the rear defrost is not woking id bet ist a fuse check owners manuel or go to a local autozone or the like store as thy should check this for free hope this is helpfull.

Have you had your resistor pack checked?This is what controls your fan speeds,its the most common failure but sometimes the wire connector melts along with the failed unit..Usually not to hard or expensive to replace...Sometimes its just cheaper to just install one and avoid the diagnostic expense,if your wrong(probably not)its still cheaper than diagnostic labor...Good luck

There is a actuator on the right side of your leg while sitting in the drivers seat under the dash. It has a plastic rod for actuation manually actuate this diverter and should be the problem.

you have a vacuum leak

There are seperate blowers for the front and rear air. It is most likely either your blower motor or the resistor, both located under the passenger side dash. I got a blower from a salvage yard for $25, But ended up having to get the resister from the dealership for about $130. Hope this helps.
