How do u remove the rear deck to install speakers 98 buick

1/2 inch.....but that will only remove the clutch disc, then tou have to remove the snap ring.....that can be difficult while compressor installed

Was this just installed or did it just quit. If it was just installed make sure the remote turn on wire powers up the factory amp. Some decks will stop all sound if there is a short on a speaker. disconnect each speaker cycling the key each time and see if you get sound

The right rear speaker should be light blue (+), and bark blue (-)wires, and the left rear speaker should be yellow (+) and brown (-) wires.

It's on the bottom left side of the engine at the fglywheel. It is round and about a foot long. Follow the large red power wire down to it.

your front doors you have to pull the door panels
the rears can/should be removed through the truck

2 fuses, for park lamps, 6C 25 amp and 8C 10 amp

you must first remove lower seat in rear seatbelts and rear seat back then can remove deck has a couple of pop plugs through panel bend in middle will come out.
