No no the american made vehicles never caught on to this there is no access panel under seat you will have to drain and lower tank to access the fuel pump

I have a feeling your fuel pump is on its way out...but start by changing your fuel filter first, should be under $20....ie..not enough fuel getting through..
fuel pumps are inside the fuel tanks.Some cars have access panels in the trunk under the carpet or under the rear seat.If not the fuel tank has to be dropped,that is a job not everyone can do.
The fuel pump will run on a prime cycle for approx 5 seconds whenever the key is turned on, but only after it has been off for at least 10 seconds and whenever there is oil pressure.
