02 ford explorer fuel pump location - 2002 Ford Explorer

The relay is under the hood in the power dist. box, the cut off switch is located in the side panel in the rear cargo area

Catalytic converter may be plugged, bad gas, etc.. after you put new sensors in did you reset the cpu?

It can be low fuel pressure or clogged fuel filter or worn out fuel pump.

You only replace, any fuse once

Then you get a wiring diagram
of that circuit, and start to diagnose
the possible cause

Do you have fuel pressure?
Can you use the truck at all ?

should be on the rail underneath near the fuel tank.

Does the Explorer start and run? If no then this new pump may be debatable. However, if the vehicle runs then you should be happy to have a silent pump.

Check for codes. Check Throttle Position Sensor values. Also check 02 sensors,coils and fuel pressure.

in the underhood fuse box just beside the master cylinder the fuel pump relay location number is 50B, in the same box also check fuse # 23
A 20 Amp Mini fuse for fuel pump power

The fuel pump is locate directly in the fuel tank. So, you have to remove first the tank to access the pump fixed by 6 screws.
