Have the front end checked for worn parts, something is worn out, hard to say without hands on look at the parts, any tire shop like Big O will do an inspection for free.

You still have worn parts somewhere, suggest you get it looked at again, quite poss the CV joints are worn out or the rubber susspension bushings, both will cause a shimmy and vibration. You need to ask around for someone who really knows 4X4 front ends, they are a whole new ballgame for most front techs, 4 wheel drive accessory shops often can really help with this problem, they get lots of input and many have shops to install parts and do repairs like this.

I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer i need to replace tire rods. Will i need a frontend alignment when procedure is finished?

Tie rods are a part of the overall front end allignment.... if they are worn , a good shop will require you to have them serviced prior to do9ing an allignment...
Yes... you will need an allignment after yout tie rod ends have been replaced.

Car vibrates above 40 MPH

your wheels more than likely needs to be balanced one or more are out of round if you had the tires rotated before the alignment this would make the vibrating more noticible.but balancing should solve your problem.

As im driving my 94 bird is making nosie as if the front end is wobboling sound, do i need a front end allignment?

Make sure your wheel lugs are tight. If they are, chances are you have a bad hub bearing. Alignment affects tire wear and causes a pull to either side. it will not make a noise.

The car is hard to control in the highway constantly steering

Your engine and transmission mounts need inspection. Replace as necessary.
Jack up your car and support it on jack-stands.
Rotate the front-wheels and pull it towards your chest to feel the condition of the wheel bearings.
Do the same for the rear-wheels.
As for rear bouncing around corner: your rear-shocks need to check.
Last resort is to do frame inspection.

2002 ford taurus shakes

You need to have the front end inspected for damaged steering components. Check your Tie Rod ends, A frame bushings and ball joints to make sure there isn't excessive wear or lose connections. If all of that is in good working order Drive down the road with a friend in the next lane over and have them look to see if either wheel in bouncing. If either wheel is bouncing you need to replace the struts. they are replaced in pairs, both sides. The front end will need to be aligned after you do this.
