This is true for people who have HID headlights in there car if it is a regular bulb its just like any other car. disconect your battery if you want to be 100% possitive there is no electrical shock.

It is more than likely the headlight igniter based off of the price you were quoted.Ask your Acura dealer for a discount if you are a regular customer. Talk to the service manager.
tuen radio off...hold #1 and #6 on preset buttons...tuen radio back on an alphanumeric number will display theere should be 8 digits and 2 numbers...you will need to call acura and give them these numbers and they should give you a lock code to enter hope this helps
you have to get behind the headlight capsule there should be a rubber plug covering the headlight capsule take that off and the bulbis held in by a spring lever on the capsule. or take it to the dealer or a local body shop which would be cheaper
