First disconnect the fan wiring from the fans then locate the bolts for the fan assembly (usually 4) remove them then remove the fan assembly then in reverse assemble yor new fan

It looks like a split rear seat, 1/3 -- 2/3. The catches would be in the boot, upper left and right. Regs dictate it can't be done sitting in the seat.
